SHIPPING
We ship via Mondial Relay/Shop2shop by chronopost (selection of the relay point by us based on your address) and La Poste (tracked letter or colissimo).
General
Products purchased on the site are shipped according to the terms of the deadlines defined in the paragraph "Shipping" following validation of the payment. The products are delivered to the delivery address (or the closest for the choice of delivery "Mondial Relay" that you indicated during the order process).
We currently deliver to France and Europe.
Do not hesitate to contact us at contact@tissuspourbebe.com if your country is outside these areas, we may be able to ship your order!
You will receive an email to track your package directly.
In the event of payment by bank card or private card, the times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing and delivery times for products destined for mainland France and Monaco.
Delivery problems
You must notify on the signature slip that the carrier will present to you and at www.tissuspourbebe.com any reservations about the delivered product (for example: damaged package, already opened, etc.) within 3 days of receiving the product. If the package is found to be lost or not received, please contact us as soon as possible to carry out a check with the delivery services. An investigation will therefore be opened with the carrier.
SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
In accordance with Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of seven days from receipt to exchange or obtain a refund for the product that does not suit you. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
For orders in France and Europe, in accordance with the Chatel Law of 1
June 2008, refunds following a right of withdrawal will be made mainly by means of payment, even if other alternatives (such as vouchers) remain possible.
In the event of an exchange, the return costs by the customer are the responsibility of the Customer and will not be reimbursed.
In the event of a refund, the customer's return costs are not covered and the refund of the order will be reduced by the return shipping costs.
They will be made as soon as possible, and at the latest within thirty days following the date on which this right was exercised.
Regarding returns, please contact us by email to define the terms. This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original packaging, complete, unused and in good condition.
Personalized or returned items that are used, incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer are not accepted and no refund will be due.
